Do I need an idea? +
No. The studio develops approved industrial opportunities before the cohort begins. You apply to become a founder.
Do I need a cofounder? +
No. You meet potential cofounders during the hackathon and Form, then test whether you should build together.
Who are you looking for? +
People with deep experience in technology connected to manufacturing, the manufacturing environment itself, or sophisticated products in technical industries.
What do I receive during Form? +
Three months in Prague or Berlin, a €1,200 monthly contribution toward living costs, founder matching, Bosch as first design partner, venture-building support and direct VC contact.
What happens after Form? +
Teams present to the Investment Committee. Each selected team receives €250,000 in pre-seed investment and proceeds into Launch.
Will the venture belong to Bosch? +
No. Each venture is an independent company and the founding team retains 80% ownership. The complete cap table and investment terms will be shared before founders make a binding commitment.
Is investment guaranteed? +
No. Participation in Form does not guarantee investment. Teams must pass the formal Investment Committee gate.
